SIdE is a scientific non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote econometric research and the study, dissemination and teaching of econometrics in Italy, as well as to foster international scientific collaborations. SIdE organizes activities aimed at achieving the statutory goals, such as conferences, workshops, institution of scholarships, courses, publications, etc.
Moreover, SIdE promotes scientific collaboration between econometricians in Italy and abroad and welcomes the participation in the Society by young scholars in an early stage of their career.
